Catch up in person! 

75 minute one-to-one lesson / consultation. Class held by appointment

either at your home, or at a piano studio, at your preference, as I travel

100 Euros (including my travel time up to one hour from city centre,

and including studio rental if we are meeting at a piano studio)

PLAN B

Piano Lessons online (FaceTime / Whats App / Zoom etc)

Lessons can be taken from any part of the world and time zone:

we will find a convenient time for both of us

65 euros for a class of 60 minutes. 5 euros discount for under 20s

 

PLAN C

Send me a Video of you playing. I will send you a personalised teaching video in response, within 5 days. 

Struggling with a tricky passage? Preparing for an important exam or audition or competition or

lesson? Send me a video of you playing (can be part of a piece, or the whole piece, but not more

than about 5 minutes). Make sure I can see hands, head and feet / pedals. Also please take a photo of

your music score, using your phone, and email it to me. You will receive a 5-minute personalised

teaching video in exchange, within 5 days, covering technique, interpretation, practice plan. Payment may be made by Wise, Bitcoin, or by international bank transfer to Fubon bank, Taiwan.

Matthew Koumis is a pianist, educator, composer and author from London, England. He won a scholarship to Oxford University and then went on to the Royal College of Music where he was awarded a First in piano.
